These Terms and Conditions outline the policies for booking, cancellations, treatments, and services provided. By making an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will be required to pay 50% of the total service price.
• This fee must be paid before you are able to book another appointment.
• If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice (“no-show”), you will be required to pay the full amount of the appointment.
2. Refunds and Complaints
• No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
• If you experience any issues with your treatment (e.g., lash application), you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
• Corrections will be made within this timeframe. After 48 hours, we are not responsible for issues as the adhesive will have fully cured.
3. Late Arrivals
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, requiring full payment of the scheduled service.
4. Patch Tests and Disclaimers
• A patch test is highly recommended at least 24 hours before treatment.
• If you choose to decline a patch test, you will be required to sign a disclaimer form confirming that you accept responsibility and are happy to proceed with treatment at your own risk.
5. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
